Get rental search statistics

Get listing counts and rent statistics for matching Dutch rentals. Apply the same location, price and property filters as listing search.

/v1/listings/stats

Aggregates the currently active, published RENT listings matching the same filters as search. Prices are monthly EUR; rooms are total rooms, not bedrooms.

Operator-issued API key. Keys are never accepted in query strings.

Select translated free-text fields. IDs, slugs, names of brands, enums and numeric values stay stable. Missing translations fall back to English.
