Get monthly rental market data

Retrieve monthly rental market observations for a city and metric. Explore up to 24 months of advertised supply, subject to sample thresholds.

/v1/market/metrics/{id}/observations

City-only first-seen listing cohorts, including now-inactive listings. A month is omitted when its sample is below the indicator minimum. This is asking-rent data, not signed tenancy prices. Range is limited to 24 months.
